The Founding Team of the Cooperative
At this early stage, rewards will primarily come in the form of future cash as the cooperative grows and generates value.
The following key roles represent not titles, but responsibilities to serve the cooperative's purpose. As we get more members, we can pay ourselves a salary and keep on attracting more team members.

The First 3 Functions & Their Roles
We expect at start some of the following jobs might not be full time yet.
Catalyst of Momentum = 1x coordinator (50%)
- coordinate our responsibilities, coordinate our circles, we work following a process as defined in our colab doc
- Purpose: Drives alignment, operations, and progress across all roles to keep the cooperative agile and active.
- Responsibility: Lead initiatives, resolve blockers, and ensure continuous forward movement.
- Skills: Operational leadership, project management, and problem-solving.
Signal Amplifier = 1x communication, promotion
- Purpose: Tells the cooperative’s story to the world, attracting new members, supporters, and advocates.
- Responsibility: Manage communications, branding, and marketing. Share the vision, tools, and success stories that inspire others to join the movement.
- Skills: Marketing, storytelling, communication strategy, and outreach.
Community Weaver = 1x let our members be a community
- Purpose: Grows and nurtures the cooperative’s membership and ensures members are empowered to contribute.
- Responsibility: Build trust, onboard new members, and facilitate collaborations.
- Skills: Communication, community governance, and relationship building.
Finance Wizard = 25% of a full time
- Work with the local team in Egypt, and coordinate with the cooperative and its members.
