## The BHAG
|
|
|
|
- Acquire or have access to +10 Billion m2 of land with as purpose to protect
|
|
- The land is a backing asset for the security token (not in all cases)
|
|
- There will be cases where landowners only will allow us to use the land for certain purpose e.g. revenue share on carbon credits, ...
|
|
- So in that case we would not own the land, but can collaborate to provide protection & farm at least carbon credits
|
|
- The land has multiple purposes
|
|
- the land protects area's which need protection
|
|
- the land harvest carbon credits
|
|
- the land sometimes can be used by conscious communities (free) who then have to bring added value to the land & protect as well
|
|
- the land sometimes can be used to organic farming in form of "food forests"
|
|
- The project is a non for profit initiative !!!
|
|
|
|
## Business model
|
|
|
|
- the land is backing for security token, provides security
|
|
- the land grows food (sometimes)
|
|
- the land farms carbon credits (always)
|
|
- the income of the food/carbon credits are used to acquire more land -> this leads to appreciation of the land tokens
|
|
- 10% of incoming proceeds -> for operations of the structure.
|
|
|
|
## History
|
|
|
|
- we started the project a while ago, and most has been prepared.
|
|
- after initial funding we can go ahead and organize our first security token offering.
|
|
- today +700.000.000 m2 land visible to be part of project (as collaboration for carbon credits) and +10m land for owning.
|
|
|
|
## The current plan
|
|
|
|
- 500k initial funding (funding needed to conclude on security token offering)
|
|
- organize security token offering (first for accredited investors only)
|
|
- get [a reg A certificate](https://www.sec.gov/smallbusiness/exemptofferings/rega), to allow public offering to everyone
|
|
- organize an fundraise together with some partners (aligned, costs +-200k USD).
|
|
- first fundirase 20-100m USD.
|
|
|
|
## Structure
|
|
|
|
- company not setup yet
|
|
- multiple locations have been evaluated for the holding structures, this will be executed once the first 500k funding is available.
|
|
- 100% of the uderlying structures will be owned by ACI, in the spirit of non for profit.
|
|
|
|
