Removed blog so it doesn't get fetched by Algolia
added Algolia search

Notes

currently we have an issue with the website.
- the main url works, but if you try any URL directly, it can't load, e.g. https://docs.threefold.info/docs/category/references, can be accessed from the main URL and click on the page, but you can't just use that URL to open it.
- note: this does not happend with the github page version of the website, see docs.threefold.pro
  - this means the issue might just be with how we set the DNS, @despiegk
