Summary

  • Replace apt-get install nushell with GitHub releases binary download
  • Install to ~/hero/bin/ (no sudo required)
  • Add ~/hero/bin to PATH for rest of install script

Test plan

  • Verified binary download and execution on Ubuntu x86_64: nu 0.111.0 runs correctly
