Summary

  • Rewrite forge_workflow: squash merge, FORGEJO_TOKEN, WIP default, human decides when to merge
  • Update hero_branching: squash for features, merge commit for releases, per-developer + numbered naming
  • Update forge_issue_mgmt: framing as orchestration mode, remove Co-Authored-By
  • Remove Co-Authored-By from all commit templates

Test plan

  • All three skill files reviewed for consistency
  • Pipeline matches lhumina_code/home README
  • No remaining GIT_TOKEN or Co-Authored-By references in changed files
