Fix remaining release issues and prepare v1.1.0.

Changes

  • publish_skills.sh: delete ALL duplicate assets before uploading
  • install.sh: back up removed skills and clean-install
  • Bump VERSION to 1.1.0
  • README: remove hardcoded skill count and stale skills table

After merge

Tag v1.1.0 and push to trigger versioned release.

Closes #37

- install.sh: back up removed skills and clean-install (same as install-local.sh)
- Bump VERSION to 1.1.0
- README: remove stale skill count/size and hardcoded table
