Closes #271. Adds hero_logic + logic short alias to the SERVICE_MAP in crates/lab/src/service/service_manager.rs. Structurally identical to commit ba41747 (hero_service entry). cargo check -p lab clean.

lab/SERVICE_MAP: register hero_logic (server + admin) (#271 ) 59d9adbb7a

Adds the `hero_logic` and `logic` entries so
`lab service hero_logic --start` brings up the server + admin trio
instead of bailing with `kind = cli, not a long-running service`.

Mirrors the recent hero_service / hero_code entries; see hero_logic#41
audit item B3 for context.
