refactor: rename hero_forge_ui → hero_foundry_ui

Consolidate under the Foundry brand. Both this code browser and the
admin tool use hero_foundry_core for Fossil repository access.

Renamed: all crates (hero_forge_* → hero_foundry_ui_*), types
(HeroforgeClient → FoundryClient, HeroforgeStore → FoundryStore),
branding (HeroforgeUI → HeroFoundryUI), socket paths, build configs.
