refactor: use osal.processinfo_get for process stats

- Replace `ps` command parsing with `osal.processinfo_get`
- Remove custom system memory detection and caching
- Update ProcessStats to use `osal` process info fields
- Ignore expected errors when stopping ttyd
- Add logging for ttyd stop operations
