Embellishments for module dependencies and initramfs bootup sequence

- add recursive module dependencies based on porper tools (modinfo)
  - fix zinit boot sequences
    - /dev/shm mount for alpine-built haveged
    - mycelium
    - rfs copy fixes
    - better sequencing overall (god I miss 'before:'
