We need to review the current Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions used.:
Privacy Policy:

  1. who should be the "company" referenced as "us": What is the ThreeFold Movement? (not a legal entity). what is the correct entity for INCA

  2. reveiw the content by people involved in our campaign - is the description of what we do correct?

Terms and Conditions:

These have to be reviewed again properly. What are the CORRECT references as to the entities: THreeFod Foundation, threefold webistes etc; THreeFold ZZC is mentioned at the end; is this correct? why do we have Belgiam Law?

ETC we need sign off by anyone involved in the social media campaign ets

  1. NODE SALES
    If node sales or deposits are takenwe need to include T&Cs - I advise against sales and deposits if we do not have precise info on production, seller etc and delivery time lines

Good! Once we have the official versions I can update them on the site. So we can work on the docx files if it's easier and then I update the website.
