## Introduction

In this section, we cover the basics and advanced features of the ThreeFold Connect app.

## Installation

We cover the steps to install the app:

- Download the app

  - [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/threefold-connect/id1459845885)
- Open the app
- Click on `SIGN UP`
- Choose a ThreeFold Connect ID
- Enter your email address
- Take note of the mnemonics
- Open the confirmation email and
- Choose a 4-digit pin

## Create a Wallet

We cover the steps to create a wallet:

- In the menu, click on `Wallet`
- Click on `Create Initial Wallet`

Once you've installed ThreeFold Connect and created a wallet, create a farm. More on this in the next section!
