Roadmap

Project kick off with a first contract commenced in Q1 2021. Remaining execution time to achieve the overall project and MVP is phased as follows:

• Phase 0: Aligning the organization and reworking existing knowledge into fit for use
• Phase 1: Developing proof points for the vision with MVPs
• Phase 2: Building the proposition and backbone platform
• Phase 3: Develop and roll-out MVP based final solutions
• Phase 4: Develop and roll-out more complex data stream solutions
• Phase 5: Consider opening source and broadening use of Fairdata Platform
