Most of the books are now ready for production mode

Notes

Always minus some updates from hero mdbook side:

collection:filaneme.md#heading must work
collection:filename.md to another collection must not be a page in additional pages
must be able to set no errors page (and additional pages if the creator wants only pages from summary.md)
