Proposition

Take the opportunity to set up a procedures and documentation process to manage info of TF members.

We start with the basic template and only add the INCA team at first, but later we can add other TF members.

  • 1 main subdirectory "team" containing the profiles of all TF employees as per the circle matrix, role, experience, links to member's social media (linked in, github, etc.) (first phase, we just have INCA members to quickly finish this precise issue)
  • Each member has all the info as a main template in a markdown file (firstname_lastname.md)
  • We use hero mdbook include to build the project inca team page (projectinca_team.md), querying info from each member with the "include" function

Hero Function

If hero was using spreadsheets, we could simply have all the info in a spreadsheet database and we could add info directly into hero mdbooks (e.g. the circle matrix can be used directly to create the inca team member page with macro/include function with hero)

Specs

Each member should have

  • the info from circle matrix that can be shared (e.g. name, role, circle, department, gitea, github, telegram handle?, etc.)
  • experience
  • social media link
  • inca specific info: role in team
