# HET Land
The total habitable land area in the world is estimated to be around 64 million square kilometers (km²), which is roughly 43% of the Earth's total land surface area of about 149 million km².
Habitable land is defined as land that can support human life and activities, excluding areas such as deserts, high mountains, and polar regions. The habitable land area includes land used for agriculture, forestry, human settlements, and other infrastructure.
Here's a breakdown of the Earth's surface:
Total surface area: approximately 510 million km²
- Water surface area (oceans, seas, and lakes): about 361 million km² (71%)
- Land surface area: about 149 million km² (29%)
Habitable land area: around 64 million km² (43% of land surface area, or 12.5% of the total surface area)
To calculate the average global population density, we divide the total world population by the total habitable land area:
- Global population density = World population ÷ Habitable land area
- Global population density ≈ 7.9 billion ÷ 64 million km²
- Global population density ≈ 123.4 people per km²
However, it is essential to note that population density varies significantly across different regions, countries, and even within countries. Some areas, such as cities and urban centers, have much higher population densities, while others, like rural areas or uninhabited regions, have lower densities.
For example, population densities by continent (based on total land area, not just habitable land) as of 2021 are estimated to be:
- Asia: 100 people per km²
- Europe: 34 people per km²
- Africa: 45 people per km²
- North America: 20 people per km²
- South America: 25 people per km²
- Australia and Oceania: 5 people per km²

# Human Energy Token = HET
**1 HET +- represents 1h of time**
## HET specifics
- there will be maximum of 4 Billion HET
- 25% or 1 Billion HET is used to reward the community to grow the ecosystem
- 75% is the result of people growing OurVerse
## how do HET get created
- each property (land, house, shop, hotel, ...) which get's created gets rewarded HET.
- at start every house, hotel, office, or other venue where at least 10 people enter HET will unlock.
