+# Veda Masters
+
+On the Nile Veda masters is operating 4 boats which are used to do do conscious retreats and promote the global change making projects.
+
+More than 7 events have been organized so far and the results are spectacular. These events are very authentic and live changing for everyone involved.
+

+## Plan
+
+- buy 5000m2 more land allong the nile
+- construct/buy one more boat.
+- expand organization to red-sea (dolphins, relax, integrate, ...)
+- organize a security token offering, which allows everyone to co-own this life changing platform.
+- Investment required: +-1-2m EUR depending size, plan being created.
+
+## Buying Option
+
+Kristof and Isabelle created this platform, they are ok to sell this project to the incubator at cost which is about 2m EUR if the Incubator would have enough funds and the Wisdom council would approve.
+
+The assets acquired would be
+
+- 5000m2 land
+- 4 boats
+  - Veda 1: 50m boat
+  - Veda 2: 45m boat
+  - Veda 3: small boat with 5 rooms, ideal for private trips, needs some improvements
+  - Veda 4: 55m boat, the newest & biggest one
+- 2 tug boats
+
+Team: 30 people, all licenses in order.
+
+Was a massive undertaking to get us so far, but the platform is incredible.
+
