The instructions advise to use an admin powershell to push images, but I found this wasn't necessary in my experience.

Fixed directly on main branch.

Note

The message was not for powershell admin when push but in general. but in another issue we set the proper error message when running insufficient privileges, so this message on using admin powershell was not necessary anymore. thanks!
