Situation

TF going forward
- we want it more decentralized
- we want to make sure community feels confident to contribute and know how

ThreeFold Commercial and Non-Commercial Projects

TF internally will do more commercial stuff
TF community can contribute more on non-commercial stuff

Using the Forum

When we have inquiries, feature requests, etc.
- we push everything back to the forum
- Then people can state what they like more, e.g. with polls
- We can then invite community members to help contribute to the feature requests, e.g. a guide
- We can also do polls concerning TF treasury grants

Discuss with support team to let them know how to proceed going forward so we invite community members to collaborate in the ecosystem

Examples

e.g.
- we want a nicely written guide for nomad, and script in terraform to deploy it
  - push it to community
    - if someone wants to do it, we can set grant rewards from the foundation in TFT
      - we do a forum poll to see if the community agrees
