We're co-hosting an event with the ICT Commission around Dunia Yetu. More info here: https://lu.ma/ypo3efg4

  • Create a graphic for sharing on social (@gosam) and share with Dar friends group
  • Promote on Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, ... (@gosam)
  • See with ICT Commission about presentation screen, audio, etc (@Florian)
  • Confirm food situation with ICT Commission (@Florian)
  • See with ICT Commission on press (@Florian)
  • Ferries to and from Dar sorted (@gosam / emilie)
  • Create graphic + QR Code to join Whatsapp group for screen (@gosam)
  • Airbnb for Sam + Emilie (@gosam)
  • Organize streaming (@Florian / @gosam)
  • Drive more RSVPs
  • Organize check-ins, including QR code for Whatsapp group (@gosam)
  • Make sure Kristof slides are good to go, nicely presented (@gosam)
  • Details confirmed re: what is being presented / announced with ICT Commission / Holochain (@Florian / @gosam)
  • Find a photographer (@gosam)
  • QR code for presentations (@gosam)
  • Sort out presentation computer etc (@gosam)
  • Pay photographer (@gosam) or see about transferring
  • Send message afterwards to join Whatsapp group (@gosam)
