Strategy for all upcoming community calls.

We can bring the calls from 4 a month to min 2 with the demos and max 3 with the Q&A. This can be from this month on as well.

Project Update calls

Should happen once in a quarter(4 calls for the year) like this we would have enough data/info to share (save the trouble of trying to get info every month)such as

Tech progress
Financial progress
Outreach progress and more.

Having it once in 3 months would be pressure anyway we share continuous progress via, ThreeFold News & Updates, on the website Newsroom and monthly newspaper.
Our next project update call can be in Dec - year-end call.

Community Q&A session

It should happen monthly preferably or whenever we can on different topics, for example, this month we can have a Q&A on 3.15 updates, involve the dev team, and be around to answer questions.
Every month we can choose a topic(anything from tech to on-ground events) and put a poll to see how many are joining.
We should encourage other internal teams to be involved based on the topics
This can encourage community participation as well.

This should stay as it is.

This needs a discussion with Kristof but the team is aligned on more or less the above.
