Situation

We make a poll asking the tf community about the treasury compensating (0% = no, 50% or 100%) of minting for July for nodes affected with issue. We remind that it is not the role of the treasury nor its responsibility to compensate for such issues. We also inform that the treasury funds can be used by the community for projects and expansion.
