Organize Collaboration with Omrei for OurVerse Event #259

We had a call with Omrei today to discuss and organize our collaboration for the OurVerse website and the event we are planning for October. Omrei will provide us with a document in the next few days containing all relevant information, including:

Team members involved
Roles and responsibilities
Speaker details and their topics (he has already 25 speakers in mind from Web3 and freelancers community)
Other key information for event coordination

We will need to create a Git circle from our side to start adding and tracking issues as we move forward.

Main tasks:

1. Follow Up with Omrei:

Get Omrei's doc with detailed information
Review the doc once received to ensure all necessary details are included

2. Set Up Git Circle:

Create a new Git repository or circle specifically for the event collaboration. (to be created on repo https://git.ourworld.tf/ourworld_holding + for OurVerse website, the repo has already been created and all relevant issues must be opened here: https://git.ourworld.tf/ourworld_web/ourverse_new/issues)
Invite all relevant team members from both our side and Omrei's side to join the circle
Establish an initial structure for managing issues (e.g speaker coordination, event logistics)

3. Organize Information:

Once the document is received, we need to organize the information into relevant sections within the Git circle
Create individual issues or tasks based on the information provided (e.g speaker coordination, website tasks, etc.)

4. Create Team and set up telegram group and scrum meeting & :

Identify and assign team members responsible for different areas of the event planning.
Set up a dedicated Telegram group for easy communication and coordination with Omrei and internal teams.
Set up a weekly Scrum meeting (at least 2/3x week) with the team to monitor progress

Still waiting for the doc but Omrei mentioned that it might take him a few days, possibly up to a week. Will update once available and create the repo.

Omrei provided us with a document containing all the details we discussed for the event. I'll organize the information into a clearer format and prepare instructions for next week
His team's circle owners now need to be registered in Git so we can start assigning and tracking tasks

We haven't yet set up any Scrum meetings with Omrei and his team, as he keeps us informed daily of what's happening on his side. We can close this issue and this matter will be managed on the circle_ourverse repo.
