Let's determine what is possible within next week:

Event

  • Define the event fully – name, logo, who's the audience, how ThreeFold is involved, etc
  • Market research on other similar events ...
  • Ideate landing page: should have at least a countdown, a promotional video (ideally), and a way to register – by Aug 25
  • Probably for later: Identify the types of speakers we want to have, liaise with biz dev team, Victor and David

Website

  • Define a site structure and start to gather information from Omrei
  • Look and feel, logo, theme, need to be decided

My thoughts, sorry I wasn't able to give something a bit more concrete before I left

For the website:

  • For now, I would keep it short and sweet as a one-pager or maybe two or three pages maximum
  • Focus on what we know – the high-level (what is ourverse), what makes it unique, the features, roadmap, and what the vision is
  • It also needs a CTA – what do we want people to do? – join the event at the end of October to experience it for yourself
  • Then we can do, in the same style of the internal wiki, which is very clean and professional – a nice, descriptive manual full of details, screenshots, etc ... for people who want to go deeper

As for the event:

  • Maybe we can call it OurFest or OurWorldFest or something similar
  • I would invite people to take part in creating what they want it to be – while staying within some guidelines
  • You can create your own reality in OurVerse, so bring your ideas and let's do it together
  • A collaborative event – for us, by us, about innovation and creating better realities for all of us – what do we want OurWorld to look like?
