Situation

We need to present a clear new messaging: Positive and looking for the future. We have the tech, we need to expand the grid and make the grid attractive to big organizations.

Grid Goal

TFGrid goal: The grid needs more nodes. We stop focusing on utilization (saying utilization is low) and focus on increasing nodes (we say we need thousands more nodes for the future partnerships and company deploying on the grid).
Big organizations that would be interested in the tech we have need a lot more nodes than we have currently. So it's not that utilization is low, it's that we need to expand still. "Build the tech, provide the nodes, and they will come."

Facts

we said there would be 4 billions token
we stop minting at 1 billion TFT, they can be converted to 2 billion INCA
- this means we double the farming rewards of all farmers!
the rest of tokens if for community grants, rewards, fuel the ecosystem
farmers are the backbone of the grid and we need more of them and of the highest quality
everyone/every project can build on top of us (e.g. even Akash)

Farming goal

More farmers
Reliable nodes = high uptime
- uptime requirement is not enough
- we keep it that but we want commited farmers who will have highest uptime possible per their region
good service = high bandwidth
- we don't have bandwidth requirements but we want farmers who are ready to provide high bandwidth per the region

Selling Points to Reach the Goal

Farmers still make enough to be there so it's worth it, even at few cents per TFT
There is only a limited TFT to be minted, and they can be converted to 2x INCA (1 TFT = 2 INCA)
- good opportunity to mint
easy to deploy the nodes
very eco-friendly with farmerbot tool

Objectives for the grid

sell more nodes for certified vendors
have more DIY nodes on the grid

Goals for Communication Team

go to influencers
have people talk about TF
reach more audiences
make sure it's easy to deploy (docs)
invite people to become farmers on the communication channels (e.g. Twitter)
- e.g. talk to your friends who would like to become a cloud service provider

Execution

This is to give a direction to the communication aspect of TF with the current situation and where we're headed, as discussed with @despiegk.

@gosam Feel free to assign and implement as you see fit. It's more of a direction/narrative than concrete todo list. The blog articles and work lately are amazing, you can incorporate this narrative into the current flow and schedule.
