We need an updated internal resource for existing team members and new hires / onboarding.

We used to have an internal wiki. Let's revive this as an md book through Hero tool and create a plan to ensure it is updated.

Will work with @sabrinasadik on this.

Notes from Call

  • Directory of people in the org, what they do, what to contact them for, how to contact them
  • Different departments / circles, how they interface
  • Making issues – how and why and where
  • What to do when a new person is joining your team / leaving ThreeFold
  • Important resources / tools – different TG groups, manual, forum, websites, social media, ...
  • Bi-weekly internal gatherings ...
  • Holidays, how to request, etc.
  • Latest info on biz dev, partnerships, funding ...

This is good for a start. Let's get this created and then send around for feedback.

Waiting on info on a few things, will update as and when I have it.
