We are on top of this:

For guardians:
I will pull the list of applicants for L0 and L2 validators and we will create a short list around who we feel makes the most sense
For the rest, we will encourage them to stake on the validators and stress the additional rewards
For directors:
Marion and Emilie are pulling together a recommendation based on their research
