Virtual ZOS nodes

Will not support VM's in VM's, only the new ZOS Containers, ZDB, webgw, ZOS FS ...

This will allow us to get much faster expansion.

Supported hypervisor/clouds

a full VM in ZOS
virtual box
kvm with cloud hypervisor example

remarks

if we can't complete ZOS containers, then it means we run it for webgw, zdb only for now just to show it works
