TODO: kristof define what are the minimum requirements to make sure our TFGrid 3.13 is good enough for use cases we have selected: earthwallet & CI/CD

  • deadline is mid Feb to have it on mainnet
  • will have to remove lots of things from 3.13 so we can achieve this deadline
