part of #158 This is where the v4 nodes will push their info to for at least 6month

Develop a service to

  • Create, Read, Update, List farms
  • Registration of a node into a farm (the node capacity, location, .. etc)
  • Allowing to Get/List nodes (with farm filter)
  • Storing uptime reports of the nodes
  • Storing hardware info (DMI data)
  • Storing consumption reports

Regisration uses httpsig and completed the update on how the registrar handles uptime reports, supporting the tracking of historical reports to calculate availability.
