Situation

We are lacking ways to communicate efficiently and systematically with the community members
We are implementing procedures to have ways to contact all farmers and users
We want to set a community telegram bot to allow communication with farmers and users

Requirements

Report of bad websites, … abnormal activities
Registration for customers & farmers (see above email, tel nr)
Each customer need to do T&C again
