Situation

  • Mycelium 0.5.5 is released
  • We want to finalize the GUI aspect

Requirements

  • windows, osx, iphone, android client
    • mobile is flutter
    • desktop will be based on https://dioxuslabs.com/
    • switch on/off mycelium on all clients
    • see status to some chosen points (some ping test ?) (moved to 3.16 here: #136)
    • add peers to config
    • need to be usable, look feel ok, not too heavy
  • manual how to install on the different platforms (for another issue)
  • reliable, it always reconnects
  • inside ZOS as base layer: access to ZDB, flists can be retrieved over Mycelium

Update

  • Mycelium GUI
    • test version available for most platforms by now
    • testing and reporting as it comes in
    • issues with macos
      • how it behaves when laptop goes to sleep
        • being worked by Erwan
    • Should have update by next week

  • There is a workaround the macos sleep issue, can be considered fixed
  • There is an issue on ssh with Windows. this is being checked. Will have more info next week.

  • Recent GUI update
    • can create windows release tomorrow
    • mac phone, ios
      • submitted to the app store
    • android
      • submitted to the app store, for phone
      • for tablets
        • after phones
          • as we need screenshots of phone version
