In Motion

  • Write a thinkpiece about "crypto is dead | long live crypto" – we believe the future of decentralization is in cooperatives … Why we believe cooperatives are a good structure … Balance of decentralization and regulation … We have been open source for a number of years …

To Start

  • Update threefold.io/next and blogs / add an edit to the forum post and YT video based on changes of the December update.

  • Reach out to existing large farmers about establishing agreements

  • Reach out to small farmers about registering their interests in farming pools, remind they will need to keep a certain amount of uptime (ask Kristof for the form he uses)

  • Reach out to find the nine guardians – what are the criteria

  • Organize a meeting for people who want to actively contribute to the cooperative … make a working group to create this cooperative … where do we put it? In austria? How fast can we create it? How will we start making noise and getting more attention / getting more farmers to join? How do we make sure all stakeholders (farmer, buyer, cooperative, directors, threefold) in the cooperative are protected? Note: invite group from Austria and invite Robert re: OurPhone

  • Do outreach to find people to push the thinkpiece and try to get it in the press

Complete

  • Create a December update forum post to explain at a high level our move from open source to a cooperative, the differences between TF Tech and TF Dubai, why a cooperative is needed, what happened with the minting, etc.

  • Create a forum or blog post about the future of TFT and why it will remain important / why people should not be scared
