Set up notifications on Typeform #357

We can’t send confirmation emails to people who already submitted their answers, but we can still set it up moving forward. 🙏🏻

I don’t have access to Typeform, so I can’t do this myself. @gosam @sashaastiadi

Steps:

Go to Notifications

When on Typeform, go to Settings > Notifications.

Enable Respondent Notifications

Toggle on "Send a notification to respondents" and select the email field in the form.

Customize the Email

Add a subject line, message, and any news updates (to update when we will have ofc)

Test the Notifications

Submit a test response using a real email to make sure it works.

Save Changes

Once it’s all set up and tested, click Save.
