Issue

As discussed with @scott, it is hard to make sure a news from TF is heard by "everyone" (we can't obviously reach everyone).

We should have a method to publish important information, e.g. the new 3.12 grid release!, or warnings to farmers, etc.

Proposition

Publish TF news and update methodically on different platforms, depending on their importance.

TF Forum
TF Telegram channels
TF Blog

Will discuss wiith @thabeta if there's a way to let people fill in their email address when they create a farm so we have their information and can send them important updates. Or maybe a pop up on dashboard asking them if they want farm updates through email?
Let's just not use this to spread news but rather news related to their farm so they don't get a newsletter vibe from it and ignore the emails.

Perfect. Both suggestions seem compatible:

We set a database of farmers' emails and we communicate important, farming related, news.
Farmers can subscribe to the feature when they create a farm and a subscribe button/section could also be available on the dashboard.

Later we can extend this concept for users, etc.

Made basic procedures and documentation: https://git.ourworld.tf/tfgrid/circle_comms/src/branch/main/docs/content_distribution_procs.md
We can explore Hubspot if we want, but the goal is to get the ball rolling
I propose to test this developed method and take it from there

Notes

The current procedures are set up to work with Google docs, this ensures there is no entry barrier to work with, instead of using e.g. gitea.
