2 teams will be creative starting from the agreement on the strategy/tactics and come up with specs for our website, ... they will gather feedback themselvedsand then the 2 version will be merged

  • team marie/mik
  • team sam/marion

checks

  • change request in line to agreed strategy
  • goes over all our content channels
  • we need to be able to execute it < 10 mandays
  • 2 independent parties make such a change request doc = specifications doc

deliverables

  • a document which goes to our "production team" to make the changes on web, wiki, ...

requirement principles

  • less = more
  • mistakes made in 1 phase are 10x bigger in next phase (you cannot skip steps)

i would like to do proper user research interview sessions to our target audience (farmers, devs, investors) to see what they think about our website, test if they understand / of whether we are addressing the audience effectively, and how we can improve.

i would need project mgmt assistance on this to make it happen (finding participants, setting up calls, planning, asking the right questions). please contact me if its something we can prio the next weeks ahead, if yes, ill make a project brief for this user research interviews.

Why do we have https://docs.threefold.io/ and https://threefold.info/tftech/docs/ ? To be honest it is really overwhelming the amount of information we have between these two docs and they are not consistent. What is the purpose of having both?

its a 100% different audience

  • https://docs.threefold.io this is for the avg joe, this is the practical info people need to learn about the project
  • https://threefold.info/tftech is for people who need to understand how the tech works, this is not for the avg joe, think about it like DD doc for people who want to understand why do we exist
