purpose

  • have a list of possible influencers
  • define what we want the influencers to do first

Instructions

We are looking to create a list of all the people we can mobilize who have been, are or can be motivated to promote the ThreeFold project. This can be an influencer you know whom you believe would be a great advocate, a member from the community who's shown particular interest,

Everyone please fill out this sheet by Thursday end of day with your contacts so that we can then sort them

Please duplicate a tab and then put your name on the tab name and add the contacts in.

Column D describes whether you have previously contacted the person before or not. Column E how much value you think the contact can bring (Tier 1 the highest, Tier 3 the lowest), Column F what they specialize in (feel free to select multiple), Column G what type of contact they are (note there is "fan" or "potential fan"), and Column H describes how close you are to them (Warm being close, medium being an acquaintance, new being a stranger); and how open you think they would be to do ThreeFold favour (open vs. closed)

We will be using these contacts when the time comes to spread the word as best we can.

Once we have put our contacts in, I will go through them and prepare some communication materials so we can increase our visibility!
