      • In this demo, we show how anyone can deploy a HA cluster (high availability cluster) on the ThreeFold Grid using nothing but open-source projects and codes, focusing on K3s, a lightweight Kubernetes distribution optimized for resource-constrained environments.

    • Ansible: Introduction to Using Ansible on the ThreeFold Grid
      • In this demo, we show how to use Ansible with the ThreeFold Grid. Ansible is a suite of software tools that enables infrastructure as code. It is open-source and includes software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment functionality.

I think we confirmed the dates to be 30th Jan and 13th Feb on Monday's call, But yes @scott & @mik-tf can confirm them.

  • Next week: k3s
  • Week after: ansible

I'll let Amanda and Sam do the announcement of the demos and Scott and I will focus on creating the slides + preparing the demos. Thanks!

  • We will do demos once a month, on the first Tuesday of the month at 6PM UTC, hosted at https://bit.ly/tfcommunitycall
  • @gosam made nice design templates for us to share
  • Next demo will be on Kubernetes cluster BUT maybe we should ride the DeepSeek wave and show how to use DeepSeek with Ollama+OpenWeb UI? @scott wdyt?
