+Hi friends, particularly those in the farming community –

+As you many of you know by now, we came across a bug in the minting code which had a negative effect on some nodes on the TF Grid during last month's minting.
+
+<br/>
+
+First of all, we want to thank the ThreeFold community for the way they reached out to us in regards to this. 🙏
+
+<br/>
+
+These events sparked a discussion on the current uptime requirements and as a result of that, **we created [a forum post](https://forum.threefold.io/t/upgrade-proposal-for-minting-code-v3-2/2447) with a poll where the community can vote** on the changes as suggested.
+
+<br/>
+
+Please note that the poll will be closed on Friday March 18th at 8AM CET. If a minimum of 60% positive votes are achieved, we will implement these changes as soon as we can.

+Grid V3 has implemented a post billing system, meaning you will get billed for the capacity you are using after you have deployed a workload. *No need to spend unnecessarily for capacity you won't need.*

+We would like to thank the community for the support on last week’s [Grid Enhancement Proposal](https://forum.threefold.io/t/upgrade-proposal-for-minting-code-v3-2/2447). We are happy to announce that with 97% positive votes, we are now moving forward with this proposal and implementing all of the mentioned points as soon as possible.

+Please keep in mind that this code adjustment on uptime requirements, as well as the rectification of last month’s payout (including the changed uptime requirements), will take some time.
+

+
+1. Any missing payout for last months minting period - payout ASAP
+2. Minting payout for March 2022 - payout 8th of April
+

+
+As stated on the Grid Enhancement Proposal post, payout will happen on the 8th of April instead of the 5th of April to give us some more time to verify the process.
