Update Header for V3 and V4 Links #78

since we are referring to docs.threefold.io , are we replacing old manual links with new articles on docs.threefold.io?
at the moment , all links still redir to manual pages .

for example,

ZERO-OS V3
A stateless and lightweight operating system that allows for an improved efficiency of up to 10x for certain workloads.

when clicked, it goes to https://manual.grid.tf/knowledge_base/technology/concepts/zos.html?highlight=zero-os#overview-of-zero-os

if we decide to replace them all, then the file is:
file : www_threefold_io/templates/partials/what/portfolio.html link

for every component in /what, then we shalll replace the https://manual.grid.tf/ links with docs.threefold.io links if applicable,
commit to development branch
merge to master

also are we replacing this header link to docs.threefold.io too? because atm its going to manual

I think anything v3 should link to manual.

Work done here: https://github.com/threefoldfoundation/www_threefold_io/pull/492
@sashaastiadi I won't change the links because we have all the v3 info on manual.grid.tf, so docs.threefold.io is just for v4
- this means the zos, dao, etc. info is all on manual., not docs.
