We need to create clear documentation to guide users through the processes related to web presence within the ThreeFold ecosystem. Below are the tasks to complete:

How to Request a New Website

Create a step-by-step guide on how users can submit a request for a new website.
Include details about required information (e.g., purpose, content, preferred structure).
Add an outline of the approval process and expected timelines.
Web Development Process: From Start to Live

Document the entire web development process within ThreeFold.

Initial consultation and design phase.
Development milestones and checkpoints.
Testing, feedback, and iteration.
Launch procedures and final checks.
Ensure clear guidelines for collaboration between developers and stakeholders.
How to Submit an Issue / Report a Problem

Write instructions for users on how to report technical issues or bugs.

Include the preferred issue tracker, how to provide relevant details (screenshots, logs), and response timelines.
Contact Information for Support & Collaboration
Provide up-to-date contact details for key team members and departments.
Include roles/responsibilities so users know whom to reach for different requests (e.g., design, technical support).
