Situation

@timur and @despiegk developed a publishing system hosted on our own servers
We can now add the websites, mdbooks, docs, pdfs we have

TODO

Add all websites, mdbooks, etc. to the publishing system

Steps info_tfgrid mdbooks

deploy info_tfgrid mdbook instance locally, see where it's loaded: e.g. ~/hero/var/mdbuild/manual
add to threefold_info.hero file with other info
deploy: /root/code/github/despiegk/env_web/ourworld/ovh1_web_current/heroscript/threefold_info.hero
