Situation

The manual is updated with latest changes on GH threefoldtech/info_grid

Todo

Put info_tfgrid/manual online at manual.grid.tf
Archive info_tfgrid on GH threefoldtech

Notes

for now we have no distinction between main dashboard and dev dashboard, as we have with info_grid
- we will simply do this later. for now what counts is to focus on only one manual, thus we archive info_grid
