Situation

We need to set a CI/CD workflow as we have for threefoldtech github, but for gitea.
Some websites have auto-deploy, as @ehab explained with webhook

Todo

Set the CI/CD so the website updates on the server side when we make a merge (PR) to development/main branches

@timur are you still working on this or we should close that issue?

So far we publish manually. We could have basic runners on gitea or else. Lmk what you think! It's ok to close too if it's not a priority.
