Just pushed my changed, I added the Web4 Litepaper button with the link, however it doesn't open the link in a new tab

Web4 Litepaper link needs to open in a new tab @ehab
I removed the "Learn More" button from the Action page CTA, but since this CTA is linked to the What and Why pages, it was removed there as well. For now, it makes sense to keep it removed across all pages, but it would be ideal to add it back to the What and Why pages later.
