We want the option for PDF download of docs

Steps

First manual release, e.g. v.1 release with date at the bottom of each page with link to online updated version
Second, we create a script to turn docusaurus into pdf automatically at each pull to main

I am checking this. I wonder how relevant it is to do manually. Might be better to write a script to create the pdf version. Will check soon.
