solution/prio needed tbd with @ehab

a lot of images are more than 1mb+, resize images and/or change to .webp format to compress
both at blogs and static/images, unless they are transparent bg png

We usually use .png on our images n its not ideal bc its big in size. so lets use .jpg or better, .webp to move forward.

@marionrvrn @gosam @Amanda if anyone wanna create blog images/or any on tf.io please;

use jpg canva export (smaller size thann png), unless its a transparant bg : it has to be PNG no matter what
try to limit the size max 300kb, unless it really needs more.
if its still too big, turn it from .jpg, convert to .webp format - https://www.canva.com/features/webp-to-jpg-converter/
