🔁 ThreeFold – Framework Migration, Redesign, and Compliance

🎯 1 Objective

Migrate the ThreeFold website from Zola to a modern React + Vite stack, implement a new design + content, ensure legal compliance, and standardize documentation and brand assets.

🧩 2 Tasks

🧱 Framework & Architecture

  • Migrate website framework from Zola to React.js + Vite.js
  • Set up new project structure, build, and deployment pipeline
  • Ensure content parity and URL consistency (or define redirects)

🎨 3 Design & UX

  • Implement new design system and layouts (check attached)
  • Apply updated branding (colors, typography, components)
  • Ensure responsive behavior across devices
  • review website content to also have 'farmer' sections

🏛️ Legal & Compliance

  • Add Privacy Policy page
  • Add Impressum page
  • Add Terms & Conditions page
  • Implement Cookies Agreement / Consent Banner (GDPR-compliant)

📝 Documentation

  • Review and rewrite README.md to include:
    • Installation instructions
    • Build instructions
    • Development workflow

⚡ Performance

  • Resize and optimize images and videos to improve website speed
  • Verify Lighthouse performance metrics after migration

🎨 Brand & Assets

  • Upload branding assets to drive.ourworld.tf

📎 Notes

  • Legal pages must be linked in the footer
  • Cookie consent must block tracking and non-essential cookies until accepted
  • Framework migration should be done before final design polish
