Context

The standalone projects island crate exists in hero_archipelagos but is not registered in hero_os, so the "Projects" dock item opens the tasks island instead. The business island metadata ViewList only declares 5 CRM views, hiding 10+ other sections (investments, projects, tasks, milestones, comments, search) from the hero_os view switcher.

Goals

Register standalone projects island in hero_os (dependency, feature flag, island_content.rs, registry.rs)
Default projects island to Board view (kanban columns) for demo visual impact
Fix business island metadata ViewList to declare all available sections
Add ci-local and ci-docker scripts following hero_books reference
