Description

Opening Projects > Tasks shows the Tasks UI (with tabs: All/Pending/Completed and "+ Add Task" button), but there's a prominent error banner:

HTTP error: 404

This suggests the Tasks island is trying to fetch data from an API endpoint that doesn't exist or isn't routed correctly.

Expected

Either no error banner (data loads successfully), or a clear "service unavailable" message if the backend isn't running.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Hero OS UI
Click Projects in dock
Click "Tasks" in the popup
Observe "HTTP error: 404" banner below the tabs
